Our Agreement

We require a written and signed agreement in order to ensure good relations with the City of Baltimore, as well as their Parks, Police, and Fire Departments.

If you would like to be a vendor at our picnic, please see below for relevant downloads of Flyers and Forms.

Basic Requirements:

• Paperwork completed and fees paid by Due Dates
• All required licensing and permits be in place - YOU are responsible for all Vendor/Health Dept. permits.
• $125 Early Bird Registration ends June 8th, 2008
• $175 Registration ends July 18th, 2008
